Exploring SOS Children’s Villages in the Dominican Republic: A video journey
Since 1979, SOS Children’s Villages has been a vital lifeline for children in the Dominican Republic who have lost parental care and for families at risk of separation. With over one million children living in extreme poverty and approximately 578,000 under the age of 15 growing up without parental care, the need for support is critical. Alarmingly, about 20 percent of these children have been abandoned.
This video playlist highlights the work being done by SOS Children’s Villages Dominican Republic and how they are changing lives—one child, one family, and one community at a time.
